Kris is responsible for recruiting and engaging enei Members to ensure their continued support for enei’s strategy, benchmarking, campaigns and networking events. he also helps to develop, deliver and promote enei’s training and consultancy to Members and non-members. He leads on engagement with construction and engineering clients.
Kris started his career in industrial recruitment and quickly progressed within talent and apprentice development. Kris joins enei off the back of a successful time at Stonewall where he oversaw engagement with private sector clients to promote inclusive workplaces. Kris has vast amounts of experience in training and development and is skilled in creating and delivering meaningful solutions to ensure people at work are accepted and included.
